SUPPORT & WARRANTY
A. Support - Contractor will include in the bid response, a copy of the support contract that will be issued between the Contractor and the Owner. Owner reserves the right to request changes to the contract before it is signed and implemented by the two parties. B. Warranty Data - Contractor is to provide the Owner with information concerning warranty coverage for all materials being purchased as part of this implementation and a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty verified and signed by the Contractor. Contractor is to elaborate on how the manufacturer’s warranty program works. A 25- year warranty is required.
