CHANGE ORDER PROCEDURES

PART l GENERAL

0l REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED A.

Promptly implement change order procedures. l. Provide full written data required to evaluate changes. 1. Maintain detailed records of any work authorized to be done on a time-and-material account basis.

Provide full documentation for Owner on request.

B. Designate in writing the member(s) of Contractor's organization. l. Who is authorized to accept changes in the Work. 2. Who is responsible for informing others in the Contractor's employ of the authorization of changes in the work. C. Only the Director of the Owner's Facilities Management Division or his designated representative can authorize changes to Contract. D. Only fully documented, written change orders will be processed for payment. Any work performed without this approval process will be at the Contractor ’ s expense. Conditions of the Contract: l. Methods of determining cost or credit to Owner resulting from changes in Work. 2. Contractor's claims for additional costs. C. Section 0ll52 - Applications for Payment D.
