Aimed at Managers and professionals who want to add value to their organisations by addressing real-world challenges, such as the transition to a zero-carbon economy and technological changes like Industry 4.0. Requirements Minimum entry requirements are a mixture of academic qualifications and professional experience. The baseline for entry is Maths and English GCSCs at level two, or Grade C and above. Applicants must be employed in a managerial capacity with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

BSc (Hons) Leadership and Management

LEVEL 4-5

Aimed at Experienced senior managers who wish to develop the skills required to command respect as strategic leaders in their organisations.

FdSc Payroll Management (UK Payroll)

Aimed at Graduates of IPPE’s Foundation Degree in Payroll Management or Pensions Administration and Management, or the preceding Diploma in Payroll Management. Requirements Foundation degree or a level five qualification Will consider long standing experience, on application

Requirements Level five qualification

Aimed at Payroll team leaders, supervisors and managers, looking to be involved in business strategy, proactive problem-solving, and identifying non-compliance risks. Requirements Must be actively working in a payroll environment with industry experience and / or qualified to level three plus CIPP membership at associate level or above. Exemptions: If you have sufficient previous qualifications, you may be eligible for direct access at year two of the Foundation Degree in Payroll Management. Visit ippe.org.uk/FDSc for full details.
