Membership Update
It’s been a massive start to 2024 for the THA and industry. Our members have experienced a busy summer period and hopefully this continues through Easter and beyond. We have been discussing the upcoming Autumn and Winter periods as concerns on visitor numbers and lack of events is at the forefront. We have been strongly working with stakeholders and government bodies to ensure the industry remains vibrant, and Tasmania is seen as an all-year-round destination. If any of our members are involved in upcoming events, please reach out to us as we would like to assist in any way we can. Hopefully you have visited our new website and accessed our 2024 calendar. We have planned exciting industry events and networking opportunities, we highly recommend attending as they are a great way to connect with industry representatives. We have decided to separate our divisions and tailor content depending on the member type. Our accommodation dinners have been very successful, and our first restaurant and café luncheons had 100 RSVPs across the three events. Our Pubs Pots and Profits events planned for mid-March with CUB promise to be informative and value adding for members.
