CIP Evidence Request Tool
Overview SERC provides the CIP Evidence Request Tool (ERT) to assist Responsible Entities in fulfilling requests for evidence more efficiently by understanding what types of evidence are useful in preparation for an audit. The Instructions worksheet provides the due date of the evidence request.
For Lows Only Entities: The tabs shown in this section are the only ones that apply to “Lows Only” entities .
The Low CA tab is available for those entities that have chosen to list their Cyber Assets. This is an optional tab; it is not mandatory. CIP-002-5.1 R1 Part 1.3 states, "Identify each asset that contains a low impact BES Cyber System according to Attachment 1, Section 3, if any (a discrete list of low impact BES Cyber Systems is not required)."
