Full non-refundable pre-payment required at the time of booking. Festive Afternoon Tea
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person will be required and full payment required 4-weeks prior. For bookings of parties of ten or more, full non-refundable pre-payment and pre-orders are due 4-weeks prior. Festive Lunch/Dinner
Full non-refundable pre-payment at the time of booking. Sunday Lunch with Father Christmas
A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person will be required with full payment required 6-weeks prior to the event OR 1st December latest. Christmas Day Lunch Pre-booking required and a £10 non refundable deposit will be required and full pre-payment and pre-orders 8-weeks prior. Christmas Ball
£50 per person deposit at the time of booking. Non-refundable full payment required by the 1st December. New Year's Eve and Christmas Residential Packages All details and prices are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to alteration. Once a confirmed booking has been made, you will be advised in the unlikely event of any significant programme changes or a price change. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Please note, all deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Amendments and Cancellations Please notify the hotel if any of your party have any special needs or any dietary requirements when making your booking.
