WORKFORCE
Analytics & Assessment Clients can leverage their data on our advanced platforms and lean on our expertise to deliver actionable intelligence to uncover the opportunities most critical to optimizing their workforce and controlling costs. The workforce analysis report provides a comprehensive overview of a health system’s staffing costs and opportunities at both the enterprise and unit level utilizing historic data. As a result, it identifies realistic savings and opportunities for strategic realignment and cultural shift, information about distribution of resources and sizing of staff sources to better adjust for census-driven demand, optimal staff sizing and float pool development strategies, awareness regarding staff dissatisfaction and turnover, and more. The operational assessment helps clients align their actual practices – what they do every day – to what their policies say they should be doing. This engagement will build a foundation to promote consistency across the enterprise, creating the framework for predictable and sustainable results. Within every organization there is some level of disconnect relative to the understanding of policies across the system. Likewise, there is always some degree of variance between how those policies are put into practice unit to unit and even shift to shift.
