YOUR FUTURE, YOUR PATH Academic Transfer: Also known as the associate degree, these programs are designed to prepare you

to transfer to a university or stay at WCC to complete a bachelor degree. Bachelor of Applied Science Degrees (BAS): WCC offers BAS degrees in Applied Business Management, IT Networking/Cybersecurity, and Social Work. Certificates and Non-Transfer Degrees: Enter a program designed to get you job skills for an in-demand

field or retool in a particular field. Sometimes called professional/technical programs, you’ll learn through a hands-on approach so you’ll be job ready. Running Start:

High school juniors and seniors may attend WCC, tuition-free, earning credits for both college and high school, through a statewide partnership between Whatcom Community College and local high schools in Washington. English Language Learners (ELL): WCC offers classes for non-native speakers of English that focuses on developing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. We have students from all over the world taking classes for personal and career growth, as well as to prepare for beginning a college degree or certificate program.

Pre-College Programs: WCC offers a Competency-based high school diploma program. Students can start anytime and are able to earn credit for life and work experience. This flexible program is fully online to meet the needs of adults who may be working or caring for family. WCC offers access to financial aid and college courses so students can complete high school and earn college credits at the same time.
