Upon joining, we use a buddy system so each new volunteer has a mentor to help them navigate their roles and responsibilities smoothly. Ongoing support ensures volunteers are comfortable in their roles. We believe in empowering our volunteers through targeted training, ensuring everyone feels confident and equipped to make a difference. If additional training is needed, we promptly provide it to equip our volunteers with the essential skills and knowledge necessary for them to thrive and excel in their tasks.
