C AMP R EGISTRATION G UIDE
Step 1 – Please read each bolded section before proceeding. Decide whether you need to Register (for non-Levine students) or Login (for current Levine students).
***If you need to create an account and register non-Levine students, please list all possible campers, whether they will be registered for Camp Shemesh or Summer@Levine. Reach out to chensel@levineacademy.org if you forget this step.

Step 2 – Once you have either logged in or registered, your child(ren) will appear. Select “Launch sign up” for the child you would like to register.
Step 3 – All camps your child qualifies to attend based on grade-level are displayed. Make your selection(s) for each week, or choose the 'All Summer' option! Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “continue” when you're done selecting camps.

Step 4 – Selection Review: Review your camp selection summary. If everything is correct, click 'Continue to Confirmation.' If anything is incorrect, click 'Edit Selection' to return to the previous screen.

Step 5 – Program and Fee Summary: Review your selections.
This is your final opportunity to make edits.
If you need to revise, click on “Edit selection” to make changes, or “Confirm Program Selections” to proceed to payment.
Step 6 – Your registration selection is confirmed, but you are not enrolled in the camp until you pay the registration fees. Click the green “Pay Registration Fees” button to access our secure payment page. Please provide your email address in the email receipt section and click send.

Step 7 – Summary of registration fees
Click the “Pay $# balance” button to continue to the payment options page. You can submit payment via Vpay, credit card, or eCheck/ACH direct deposit

Step 9 – To enroll additional children or add sessions, return to the registration page and click “Launch Signup.”
You will see a green 'enrolled' flag for campers for whom you have successfully submitted payment.
Step 8 – You have successfully enrolled once you see this screen. We recommend printing a receipt for your records.
For unpaid camps, a message will appear at the top of the screen along with a red 'not paid' flag. Follow the previous steps to enroll additional campers.
