Farm & Ranch Expo to run from Feb. 6 to 7

In its 28th year, event to see vendors from several states

Telegraph staff reports This year’s Buffalo Bill Farmand Ranch Expo is Feb. 6 and 7 at the D&NEvent Center, 501 E. Walker Road, North Platte. it’s well supported by the ag community,” said Gary Person, pres- ident and CEO of North Platte Chamber and Development Corp., which organizes the event with a lot of help from volunteers. He said chamber member volunteers and staff work all year long to organize the event that draws people from a large part of the state. He said there is a wait- ing list of businesses who want to participate. “It’s a good opportu- nity to kick off spring” and for farmers and ranchers to see “the lat- est offerings and touch base with service pro- viders and have a good time,” Person said. He added that the “rural lifestyle is the backbone of who we are” and this is a good event to promote and celebrate that. The expo will start at 9 a.m. each day and last until 6 p.m. on the first day and 4 p.m. on the
