MULTI-YEAR BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE We understand that purchasing a breeding bull is a big expense and one that should last multiple years. Because of this, Section 16 proudly offers a Multi-Year Breeding Season Guarantee. Our goal is to give you the peace of mind to get your bull through multiple breeding seasons after your purchase. IF A BULL FAILS BEFORE OR DURING THE BREEDING SEASON, A CREDIT WILL BE FIGURED AS FOLLOWS : Year 1 - 100% Purchase Price = S16 Credit Year 2 - 75% Purchase Price = S16 Credit Year 3 - 50% Purchase Price = S16 Credit Year 4 - 25% Purchase Price = S16 Credit Year 5 - Bull is depreciated out, customer gets full salvage value • A Breeding Season is defined as 60 days • Bull needs to go through a breeding soundness exam (BSE) by qualified veterinarian • The bull must be returned to Section 16 to receive the credit. In situations that this is not possible, we may work with the customer on marketing the salvage animal. • In the case the animal dies, before or during Breeding Season 1-4, salvage value will be determined based on current market prices at Sioux Falls Regional Livestock.
