We are also pleased to welcome two new members to the Board of Directors: Jordan Valasek , Farbman Group, and Ian Studders , Friedman Real Estate. Both bring strong dedication and valuable expertise within the commercial real estate industry, and we are excited to have their insight and energy to help shape our future. Beth Anne Beattie has served the membership in several roles over the years, most recently as Director. This year she begins her service to you as an officer of the board with the title of Treasurer / Secretary. Our directors for 2026 are; Star Mosella, Kirk VanMeerbeeck, Gregg Montowski, Bill Gilbert Immediate Past President and Brian Salliotte remains our Governor representing our interests with BOMA International. While the Board of Directors sets the direction of the association, other leaders assist in the advancement of goals and strategies. These are our wonderful committee leaders and members, (see page 8). Another distinct subgroup within BOMA that leads us to success is our Sponsor Partners.
