rystal City, VA — LCOR , a fully-inte- grated real estate com- pany specializing in property development, investment and management, has closed on a $100.325 million construction loan from Wells Fargo for the development of The Altaire in Crystal City. LCOR plans to develop the 1.77 acre property into a dynamic, transit-ori- ented development slated for delivery in the second quarter of 2018. “LCOR is excited to start construction on The Altaire, which will be a great com- pliment to the burgeoning neighborhood connecting both Pentagon City and Crystal C Hanover, MD — Merritt Properties has started con- struction on the first of three office buildings at their Buck- ingham office park in Hanover. Chesapeake Urology Associ- ates, P.B . has signed on as the building’s first tenant, leasing 17,000 s/f on the first floor. Located at 7580 Buckingham Blvd., the two-story class B of- fice building will be 52,800 s/f and is slated for LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council . Merritt has plans to build two additional office buildings as part of this park.
