As Principal-in-Charge of Energy at CORE Consultants, Inc., Chris regularly relies on his keen sense of strategic planning and over 23 years of educational and indus- try experience to navigate a complex regulatory world. In fact, working with clients through complex and difficult permitting hurdles is one of Chris’s favorite challeng- es because it also often results in successfully developing projects while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. Chris loves the integration of teams to achieve project goals. He is highly adept at supporting projects that involve multiple disciplines and he looks forward to projects that require teaming with all of CORE’s service lines. Chris holds a Master of Science in Conservation Biology from California Polytechni- cal University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Management from Frostburg State University.
