Originally from Cairo, Egypt, Christine Sheng brings her knowledge and expertise to Rogers-O’Brien Construction (RO) as a Client Director for the Austin and San Antonio regions. Chris began her career practicing Architecture and a few years later transi- tioned into the construction world where she leverages her vast skill set to advocate for design intent and collaboration. Chris’ passion for team synergy sparks new ways of operating. For example, after seeing a gap in mentorship programs, Chris co-founded the ACE Mentor Program of Austin and currently serves on its advisory board. A champion of AIA Austin, she has held a variety of roles within the organization including committee member, chair of committee, and board member. Anyone who knows Chris would agree that she lives by the philosophy to spend her life making the lives of others easier. She has consis- tently chosen a spirit of generosity, mentorship, and advocacy, and champions what she believes in.
