Hillary Crabb is a Senior OSP Engineering Technician at BHC, a civil engineering and surveying firm located in Overland Park, Kansas. She’s worked nationwide on differ- ent FTTX builds, helping provide design and quality control. Her goal is to improve the process so future transitioning that will be a standard throughout. Hillary is pas- sionate about diversity and inclusivity, especially after facing many challenges of be- ing a woman in a male dominated industry and looks forward to learning about how to make the AEC industry a more welcoming place for everyone. Hillary is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Environmental Stud- ies and a focus in information sciences. She enjoys watching cheesy horror films, con- certs, and rock climbing with friends during her off time.
