Jen Harkleroad is an experienced professional with over 20 years managing time sen- sitive and complex projects. She excels at organizing and leading in a high pace en- vironment while achieving transformational change focused on data driven insights. She has a reputation for building strategic client relationships and communicating distinctive value proposition. Her superpower is combining business building skills with a technical background that supports the organizations goals. She is a people leader passionate about fostering a growth mindset environment with personal and professional development opportunities that create a sustainable work environment especially for mothers. She believes it is critical to keep mothers in the workforce and provide opportunities for diverse leadership which will ultimately create more inclusive workplaces and reduce the pay gap. Jen is the oldest of five siblings and grew up in a Navy family moving nine times in sixteen years. She is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland with a bache- lor’s degree in Civil Engineering and enthusiastic Terrapin basketball fan. Jen lives in Maryland with her husband and two daughters.
