Michele Spinowitz is a principal and the Chief Business Development Officer at Hill- mann Consulting, LLC responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to maximize client value and elevate the customer experience. With more than 25 years of sales management, relationship cultivation, and proposal development, Mi- chele is known for bringing value-driven solutions to help clients achieve their envi- ronmental, health, and safety goals. Her expertise encompasses leading sales teams, developing and implementing action programs to drive revenue and expand market share. Michele is passionate about relationship management leading Hillmann’s cus- tomer engagement programs and actively mentoring young professionals. An avid humanitarian, Michele is a co-founder of Amanda’s Dream to Walk, a com- mittee dedicated to raising awareness and resources for paralysis research. She has helped raise over $200,000.00 serving as the annual golf outing committee chairper- son. Michele is also a past chairperson and current committee member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Union County’s annual golf outing raising over $100,000.00 for the organization. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with Concentration in Management from Stockton University.
