Rachel Paterno, MPH, CSP Environmental, Health, & Safety Division Supervisor Hillmann Consulting, LLC Union, NJ rpaterno@hillmannconsulting.com
Rachel Paterno is an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department supervi- sor at Hillmann Consulting, where she performs industrial hygiene field work, trains personnel on various indoor environmental health services, and leads her growing team to ensure exceptional project management and client satisfaction. She is also a dedicated member of the disaster services team working throughout the country to provide national clients environmental consulting services following catastrophic events. Prior to entering a supervisory role, Rachel was a project manager in EHS and performed field work as an industrial hygienist. Rachel has been at Hillmann for 7 years where she has accrued multiple professional licenses and certifications in her field, been a member of the corporate Health and Safety committee, and participated in the company’s Strategic Planning. Rachel holds an MPH from Kent State University and bachelors in environmental health from Stockton University. Rachel is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
