Tasha Bolivar Development Services Team Manager, Principal Galloway and Company Greenwood Village, CO tashabolivar@gallowayus.com
Tasha Bolivar is the development services teammanager for Galloway & Company, Inc. where she leads a team of nine in helping public and private development part- ners navigate the regulatory approval process. Tasha represents and advises clients to secure development entitlements and permitting, and she coordinates with in- ternal and external design teams to accomplish permitting and construction sched- ules. Additionally, she leads collaborative efforts between community neighborhood organizations, developers, and political approval authorities to meet development objectives, while facilitating problem solving and dispute settlement on individual development cases. During Tasha’s 16 years with Galloway, she has risen through the company to become the first woman principal in 2018. She also advocated for and supported the creation of Galloway’s women’s network. Tasha currently helps lead Galloway’s leadership development program to support the next generation of leaders, and she also helps lead the legacy program that recognizes the contributions of long-time employees. She is deeply committed to creating an exceptional company culture and is highly involved in organizing Galloway’s corporate social and wellness events and activities. Tasha is a 2004 graduate from the University of Colorado where she earned her bachelor of business administration degree as well as her real estate certificate.
