Tony Casagrande, PE, NEBB CP

Tony Casagrande is a Registered Professional Engineer and President of Campos Engineering, a minority owned professional services firm that provides Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering Services through its four Texas offices. Tony oversees the firm’s performance on all contracts, leads innovation in the firm’s ser- vices and internal processes, and spearheads Campos’ corporate marketing strate- gy. Tony moved to Dallas from Arlington in 1995 to begin his education at Southern Methodist University where he studied Biology and Mechanical Engineering. His career at Campos Engineering started in 1997, where Tony interned for two sum- mers and one semester before joining the firm full-time in 1999 after graduating with his bachelor’s degree. Tony is most proud of his contribution to the long- term com- mitment of the firm to develop the next generation of leaders through intentional recruitment and mentoring of minorities and women. This includes Campos’ Asso- ciates Training and Advancement Program that he co-created and administers. This program helps ensure the firm remains in the able hands of excellent future leaders.
