Originally from the beautiful paradise of Yucatan, Mexico, Socorro brings a vibrant cultural background and a unique perspective to our team. She eventually made her way to Florida during the pandemic. Socorro is not only a dedicated professional but also a strong mother of two. Her strength and resilience are truly admirable, and they serve as a testament to her commitment to her family. As one of our translators here at Dellutri Law Group, Socorro plays a vital role in bridging communication gaps. With Spanish as her primary language, she can effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients. Her proficiency in English also makes her an excellent asset for our English-speaking clients. Toss together to coat chicken; let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 2. Preheat grill to 400 F. Grill chicken thighs for 6–8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and an internal thermometer reads 165 F. 3. Transfer cooked chicken to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm, then chop into bite-size pieces to use in salads, tacos, bowls, and more!
