Bob Dylan As the signature painting from The Drawn Blank Series , the ‘Train Tracks’ graphic was first released in 2008. Bob Dylan’s travels across America are symbolised in the expanse of railway line, surrounded by an anonymous
landscape. Now, for the first time ever, it has been portrayed as a silkscreen and in a landscape format. The painterly brushstrokes and Dylan’s hand- signed signature couldn’t be clearer, as each work is framed with the most technically sophisticated glazing available. Trusted by conservation and art professionals, these high- performance glass and acrylic glazing solutions protect and display the world’s most celebrated artworks. An artform in its own right, this painstaking process is completed by highly-skilled craftsmen. The new edition was created by a specialist team in California, where the artist resides. Approximately 60 separate screens were used to layer pigmented and acrylic inks onto the carefully chosen 320gsm archival paper to capture the richness of the colours. In total, the edition took four months to complete. SILKSCREEN PRINTING
