Pegasos Reverse Fulcrum Extension With the NEW Reverse Fulcrum Extension, there is no extra reverse fulcrum forceps necessary. This system works for both upper and lower cheek teeth. It is especially recommended for 06 and 07’s. It can also be a helpful approach for lower 09 and 10’s, due to the curved nature of the teeth.
