Big-O HP Cheek Tooth Bur This bur was designed for grinding dental acrylic resin. It has fine, cross-diagonal blades made from tungsten carbide (TC) which enables rapid, smooth and efficient grinding. The large diameter means that if soft tissue is accidentally contacted it will graze the tissues and is unlikely to cause great trauma by “wrapping” soft tissue around the bur. It’s a HP shank, that is in-line, to fit a straight dental handpiece or a slow hand piece with a Doriot fitting. Parallel sided and dome ended with a diameter of 6mm.
