SALE ELIGIBILITY Are you interested in submitting cattle for the 2027 Lyssy’s Invitational? See the list below for some of the eligibility requirements for animals to be submitted! If you have an animal or are making breeding decisions for this sale, you can always check in with Lauren Lyssy and he will give you some suggestions and feedback as needed. » The prospective lot(s) must be out of a Lyssy Sire or Dam. The sire or dam must have been purchased from the Lyssys, or out of the Premium Power Bull Sale, or the prospective lot(s) must have been an embryo mating that was sold in one of the Lyssy’s sales, or a calf at the side of an animal that was sold in a Lyssy sale. » DNA- the prospective lot(s) must have DNA on file, parent verification is preferred. » The prospective lot(s) must have carcass ultrasound data on file (if older than the scan window age). » The prospective lot(s) will be cleared by Lauren Lyssy prior to being accepted into the sale. We will have dates that the animals must arrive at the Lyssy Ranch (in Stockdale, TX) prior to the sale. If you are interested in consigning to this sale, please reach out to Lauren Lyssy by March 2027 so plans can be made for your animal(s) to be considered for the 2027 sale.
