I am reminded that I am not special, unique, or alone in this process. Instead of lamenting nonstop, I want to demonstrate grace and gratitude. What does this have to do with real estate? Remember your real estate journey does not have to be the sole topic of con- versation in the room. Real estate is all about networking, and effective network- ing stems from the ability to care about and help others in their journeys as well as supporting your own.

My biggest prayer right now is of gratitude that I have a wonderful mother and I got to have her for more than 45 years. It makes me feel like I hit the jackpot.
