WHY ETL? ETL has seen continued growth within their specialist business streams and have established themselves in specific market sectors. ETL is unwavering in its pursuit to provide a “healthier perspective” on their projects. ETL offers a supportive environment, that focuses on providing excellent service and ensuring that they have the best team for the client and project. They work within select market sectors, allowing them to offer a tailored and focused service. The Project Management team work predominantly with clients across Science & Research, NHS Trusts and Higher Education Institutions delivering a range of highly complex and challenging projects, across but not limited to Oxfordshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Anglia and London regions.
The team work collaboratively and adapt as required, showing flexibility and adaptability and as a result the team have had the opportunity to gain exposure to projects that they might not have done if they were region specific. ETL have also taken positive steps to ensure their employee’s mental health and well-being has been maintained in this challenging year, including ensuring staff have the tools they require to work remotely. In addition, they take part in regular charity, sports and social events ranging from quiz nights to charity fundraisers.
