With new yield grade metrics, and emphasis on red meat yield, the inherent advantage of a Charolais bull could be the single best investment you could make in your cow herd. Record low cow numbers have led to a shortage of beef, now with every pound worth what it is, the hybrid vigor of a Charolais bull cannot be understated.
