TURNING 18 YEARS OF AGE
Turning 18 is a big milestone for you. When you turn 18 years of age you will become a legal adult. This means that you will be deemed able to make your own decisions about all apects of your life, unless it is established that you lack the mental capacity to do so.
When you are at Alderwasley you will be able to make more of your own decisions. This includes what information you pass on to your parents/carers. You can decide on the frequency you email your parent/carers, as well as give your own consent.
