Hola Sober SEPTEMBER

BE BRAVE

The accommodations are chic and modern with the special touch of a private chef and attention to the smallest details. The tone is light and playful as we wake up early to coffee and a continental breakfast spread across the kitchen. Guests pack up their own backpack lunch to carry with them. The excitement is in the air as we all get ready to head out and drive to the trailhead. The degree of hiking is moderate and the pace is comfortable as we spend about 4- 5 hours out on the trails stopping along as it all unfolds. All the offerings within Brave’s Retreat itineraries are simply an invitation. In Asheville, we went Kombucha tasting, practiced yoga and took a traveling happy hour to a breathtaking sunset. For Sedona, we experienced a private sound bath, energized at the vortex and lounged by an infinity pool with stunning views. The goal is for the guest to feel comfortable and special in every capacity during the retreat; with their time, their experience, and especially within the growth of their sobriety. My ultimate goal with Brave’s Sobriety Hiking Retreats is to empower women to confidently own their sobriety. By stepping entirely out of your comfort zone and spending a weekend off-grid with other sober women something truly magical occurs. A brave transformation.
