LiveChat was introduced on the website in September 2025 , initially limited to Egypt destination pages, and later expanded across the entire website by the end of December. As an interactive, real-time communication tool, LiveChat plays an important role in supporting high-consideration travel decisions by allowing visitors to ask questions, clarify details, and build confidence before taking the next step. Given the complexity and long decision cycle of travel products, particularly group and international itineraries, it is too early to judge LiveChat performance solely on immediate lead conversion . LiveChat typically functions as a mid-to-upper funnel engagement tool, and meaningful conversion insights usually require 3–6 months of consistent usage, optimization, and agent training. Based on early engagement volume, LiveChat shows strong potential and should be continued and refined.
