They, like many others, make up the backbone of this country.

I mostly coordinate water and power jobs, so my work keeps the power on and clean water flowing. Our other divisions work on jobs that improve infrastructure and ensure America continues to move forward.

I also think having women on the job is incredibly important - we’re an asset to an essential field.
