EPC is traditionally led by an engineering or design firm, but increasingly in recent years, experienced contractors are taking point. P&J has long been a successful and respected player in the Heavy Civil and Right-of-Way (ROW) markets, and our ROW Construction Group welcomes the shift toward contractors as EPC Leads. Our heavy civil background expertise leading complex projects and project controls, schedules, and cost adherence, is directly transferable to this new Contractor-Led method.
