We invite you to our newest dining experience, Nobu Manalapan, the iconic Japanese restaurant featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's world-renowned cuisine. Experience a new style of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influence, bringing a burst of excitement to the new location. The menu features Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes, such as the Black Cod Miso & Rock Shrimp Tempura, offering a memorable opportunity to savor the restaurant’s many distinctive flavors. The menu also includes a comprehensive sake and wine list alongside innovative cocktails.

Stir offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with signature cocktails and occasional live music. In the evenings, guests can also enjoy cocktails by the firepit, the perfect spot to unwind and take in the ocean breeze. Whether you're starting your day, enjoying a relaxed afternoon, or winding down at night, Stir provides the ideal setting to dine, drink, and connect.
