Experience the tastes of Southern Italy at Polpo Palm Beach, the second outpost of the legendary Greenwich, Connecticut., restaurant. Enjoy upscale fare inspired by regional dishes, an Italian-influenced wine selection, handcrafted cocktails, and classic aperitifs and digestives, all under the leadership of Eau Palm Beach’s Executive Chef Neall Bailey. Dine inside or outside, within sight of the ocean and our terrace firepit. Italian for “octopus,” Polpo brings acclaimed restaurateur Ron Rosa’s seafood-focused menu from the Tri-State area to South Florida. Originally from Calabria, Italy, Rosa used his family recipes, as well as regional dishes from Tuscany and Milano, to introduce Polpo to appreciative diners in 2000. Polpo remains a fixture in Greenwich, as well as a destination for New York City and Boston residents who travel for its high-quality ingredients, memorable presentations and personalized approach to service.

We invite you to our newest dining experience, Nobu Manalapan, a preview from the iconic Japanese restaurant featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's world-renowned cuisine. While we await our permanent home, join us at our temporary location within the lobby of Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. We have carved out a secluded space where guests can experience a preview of the world- renowned Japanese chef recognized for pioneering a new style of Japanese cuisine, bringing a burst of excitement to the new location. The menu features Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes, such as the Black Cod Miso & Rock Shrimp Tempura offering a memorable opportunity to savor the restaurant’s many distinctive flavors. The menu also includes a comprehensive sake and wine list alongside innovative cocktails.

Refuel on the go or pause for sips and sweets at our new coffee bar, where you can also purchase clothing, hats, bags and more! Sample house-made pastries, light bites and gourmet coffees from Oceana Coffee, one of the original Florida coffee roasters. Established in 2009 by Amy and Scott Angelo, Oceana Coffee is an independently owned and operated, direct-trade coffee company based in our own Palm Beach County. Oceana sources, small-batch roasts, supplies and brews the top 5% of coffees from around the world. Like us, the Angelos believe a exceptional cup of coffee is a true luxury, which makes them right at home at Eau.
