Italian for “octopus,” Polpo brings acclaimed restaurateur Ron Rosa’s seafood-focused menu from the Tri-State area to South Florida. Originally from Calabria, Italy, Rosa used his family recipes, as well as regional dishes from Tuscany and Milano, to introduce Polpo to appreciative diners in 2000. Polpo remains a fixture in Greenwich, as well as a destination for New York City and Boston residents who travel for its high-quality ingredients, memorable presentations and personalized approach to service.
