Crafted at the hands of Operational Detachment Alpha Team 595, Horse Soldier Commander’s Select 12-year-old bourbon is a culmination of masterful distilling from courageous souls. Aged a minimum of 12 years in new American white oak barrels, this award-winning whiskey is composed of an undisclosed mash bill containing red winter wheat & is a blend of ultra- premium bourbon from the oldest barrels of American Freedom Distillery’s signature stock. HSC Select 12 is finished to a barrel strength of 97% proof & offers a nose sweet with caramel & honey over slivers of wood frosted in butterscotch, cashew toffee, and raisins. The mouth enjoys hits of caramel, apples, oak & citrus melting into rich leather.
