LEVERAGING ADJACENCIES BEST PRACTICES FOR REALIZING OPERATING EFFICIENCIES
GREATROOM AND/ OR RESTAURANT ADJACENCY Design Standard: Lobby-level location • Leverage your Greatroom and/or restaurant server and bar talent, who have the F&B knowledge and expertise to deliver a premium F&B experience within your M Club. • Regularly rotate your Greatroom and/or restaurant hosts through the M Club throughout the day to engage with guests and drive incremental F&B revenue with ability to order from Greatroom, restaurant or Fresh Bites menu. • Allows property leadership to be visible and actively host and entertain in this exclusive environment. RESTAURANT BREAKFAST BUFFET ADJACENCY Design Standard: Dedicated buffet area to support breakfast and/or evening F&B service • The location of the breakfast buffet offering should be clear and intuitive to our guests: 1. Utilize your host positioned at the front entry during a.m. peak hours to both welcome guests and share information of where to find breakfast (close-by). 2.Ensure that your Front-of-House associates are knowledgeable and proactive about communicating where guests can access the breakfast. 3. Consider placement of signage/wayfinding to clearly show guest where to access breakfast. • When there is a backdoor entry to the breakfast buffet, ensure appropriate monitoring of entry to-and- from the Lounge. • Map an easy and unobstructed path from the M Club to the breakfast buffet, considering ways to minimize congestion.
Note: For property to leverage restaurant breakfast buffet, access must be within 100 feet of M Club
