Grab & Go options during breakfast time should be appropriately set up and merchandised. Non-alcoholic beverages should be fully stocked. Drip coffee should be set up and ready, espresso/coffee machine turned on, condiments fully stocked and tidy. Takeaway packaging should be thoughtful and readily available. Bulk food products should be displayed with a clean, high-end residential styling. Water station should be set up with glassware and takeaway water vessels fully stocked. Appropriate signage should be displayed. SPACE & SEATING Hosts to offer guests assistance with technology needs and keep area neat and tidy. Include a variety of seating types. Consider area rugs at lounge seating arrangements to soften hard surface flooring. Incorporate chandelier or pendant lighting at lounge seating arrangements to differentiate lounge area. LIBRARY/BUSINES S SUPPORT Wireless printers should be turned on. Remote chargers should be made accessible and fully charged (if available). Newspapers and magazines should be thoughtfully placed throughout the area. Provide hard-wired computer access. Consider purposefully designed storage solutions to integrate computer equipment, as well as open shelving for books. F&B BUFFET If the breakfast buffet is served in the M Club, fresh food should be displayed in accordance with the F&B operations guidelines. If the breakfast buffet is set up in an adjacent space, the F&B station should be designed in a versatile way to allow multiple uses throughout the day. Leverage staff from adjacent Greatroom and restaurant spaces to walk through M Club to service guest F&B needs as well as to clear dishes and refuse. MUSIC/AV Music should be appropriate for morning; consult Marriott Brand Standards. TV(s) should be tuned to national or international news channels. Volume levels for music and TVs should be at an appropriate ambient level considering multiple zones of volume control. LIGHTING Leverage natural lighting by opening window treatments. Lighting should be set for morning: lighting should be used to bring focus to food. Consider multiple dimming zones and types of lighting for various task uses.
