OPERATIONS CHECKLIST EVENING

BEST PRACTICE (IF IN-LOUNGE BARTENDER) £ Bar is stocked and ready for business. £ Fresh juice is made daily for cocktails. £ Bar tools and fresh garnishes are displayed on bar top £ Glassware is fully stocked.

PRE-OPENING £ Music is changed to p.m. playlist and volume is increased. £ TV is on national or international news channel. £ Curtains are open. £ Lighting is turned down to the evening setting. £ Back bar is transitioned to active. £ Menus are on select tables and on bar top. £ Wireless printer is on. £ Remote chargers are fully charged and accessible (optional). £ Newspapers are removed. £ Thoughtful accessories (i.e., coffee table books) are placed at designated locations. £ Daytime Grab & Go station is set up: - Grab & Go snacks are appropriately set up and merchandised - Non-alcoholic beverages are fully stocked - Takeaway packaging is available £ Water station is set up: - Glassware and takeaway water vessels are fully stocked - Signage is displayed - Bottled water is available upon request £ Wine station is set up - Wine glasses are fully stocked - Signage is displayed

DURING SERVICE £ Hosts are servicing the coffee counter and guests in the M Club. £ Staffing is adequate to ensure great guest experience. £ Guests are offered assistance with meeting room location, technology needs, transportation information, and small meetings.
