Measuring and tracking how you are earning and spending money within the Lounge is an important step to fine-tuning your M Club strategy and sharing your exciting economic story. Financial review should include evaluation of optimal pricing to maximize capture while maintaining both a premium guest experience and perception.

We’ve developed an M Club Accounting Tracker template to assist and guide you in tracking incremental revenue and profit. Metrics within this tracker include (but are not limited to):

• Upsell Volume & Revenue (M Club Rooms & M Club Day Pass). • F&BRevenue. • Guest Room Revenue from keys earned back (when applicable). • Labor – Man Hours & Savings/Costs. • Food Savings/Cost. • Gross Operating Profit (GOP). • Net House Profit (NHP).
