STEP FOUR: Director of Finance to update M Club tracking sheet on a monthly basis, aggregating data points from various department owners. STEP FIVE: Review the results regularly with your executive team to determine any modifications to your operations. Best practice is to review these results during your bi-weekly Sales meetings.
