Review of Lectures and Classroom Discussions • Lectures and classroom discussions take place in a classroom or a lecture hall. • Some lectures have only one speaker—a professor. Some lectures include classroom discussions with a professor and one or more students. • The lectures and classroom discussions cover a variety of topics, such as history, science, art, and literature . • During an official TOEFL iBT test, you will not be able to see the questions while you are listening to a lecture, a lecture with a classroom discussion, or a conversation. • In this section, you will listen to three lectures and answer questions about them . One of the lectures includes a classroom discussion. For an authentic experience, read the questions only after you have listened to the lectures .
