I prefer to type at a stand-up desk. First, it’s easier for me to maintain good posture. I can keep my back straight, but when I’m sitting, I usually hunch over after some time, which usually gives me a backache by the end of the day. Secondly, it’s easier to take quick walking breaks when I’m at a stand-up desk. When I’m sitting, I often don’t make the effort to stand up and walk around, but at a stand-up desk, I’m more likely to take short breaks and step away from my desk. Those extra steps can make you healthier! Activity 2.2 Imagine you have been given the following Independent task question.
