There were 97 townhome listings in Coquitlam in May, 18% above April but 38% lower vs May 2019. The 33 townhome sales in May were a 106% increase month-over-month and 3% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 34% as Coquitlam’s townhome market transitioned to sell- er’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in May was $687,300, 1.5% above April and 2% higher vs May 2019. The average sold price was $835,330 with an average PSF sales price of $481 (1.6% and 1.3% higher, respectively, vs April).
