At 175, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 11% higher month-over-month but 41% below May of last year. Townhome sales, at 52, were up 7 vs April but 33 below last May. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 30% in May, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in May was $569,500, 0.5% above last month and 2% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $617,527, while the average PSF sales price was $389 (up 2% and 1.3%, respectively, from last month).
