At 92, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were down 9% vs last month and 37% belowMay 2019. The 27 townhome sales in May were up 19 from April but 14 belowMay 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 29%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market became favourable to sellers. May’s benchmark price was $974,200, decreasing 0.9% from April but 2% above May of last year. The average sold price was $984,980 (6% above April) while the average PSF sales price was $660 (a 2% decline from April).
