The number of condo listings in North Vancouver increased to 297 in May, 4% higher month-over- month but 34% belowMay 2019. Condo sales were 22% higher month-over-month, at 55, but decreased 48% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 19%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained balanced. The condo benchmark price, at $577,200, was 0.5% higher month-over-month and 4% above May 2019. The average sold price of $668,623 was down 11% vs April, while at $794, the average PSF sales price was relatively unchanged month-over-month.
