The 100 detached listings in Squamish in May were up 11% compared to April but 19% belowMay 2019. May’s detached sales (at 12) increased by 2 month- over-month but declined by 10 year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in May increased to 12%, as Squamish’s detached segment transitioned to balanced market territory. At $952,800, the benchmark price for detached homes was 1.2% lower vs April but 0.6% above May 2019. The average sold price of $1.10Mwas 3% above April and 8% higher vs May 2019.
